If a payment fails, your subscription does not immediately cancel. Our system will automatically retry charging the payment method on file.
Typically, we’ll attempt the charge a few times. During this period, your subscription is temporarily paused and your next shipment may be delayed.
If the payment still doesn’t go through after multiple attempts, the subscription will be canceled.
You’ll receive email notifications each time a payment attempt fails, with a direct link to update your billing information. Once payment is successful, your subscription resumes automatically.
