Caffeine Content 

Each serving contains approximately 85 mg of caffeine. For context, this is about half the amount found in a standard drip coffee (~150mg). We formulated it this way intentionally: by pairing a moderate amount of caffeine with Cordyceps and L-Tyrosine, you get sustained, jitter-free energy without the cortisol spike or afternoon crash associated with high-caffeine beverages.
